  • "I had not been to the dentist for several years due to having had a bad experience. I finally decided to take the plunge, and after some research I booked an appointment with Dawood & Tanner. They knew I was going to be an extremely nervous patient, as I explained my previous experience and told them I was terrified. For someone who needed to take a Valium before an appointment to ease the nerves I can confirm I no longer need them; admittedly I still don't like the sound of the drill. I have had the wonderful, amazingly talented dentist Begonia working on my teeth; she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. From start to finish I was given options on my treatment plan, which was detailed, and the estimated costs. I also had some sessions with the lovely Elena (Hygienist) who also put me at ease and gave me good advice on looking after my teeth and gums. Although the prices here may be comparatively higher than other dentists in my opinion they are worth it. I cannot fault my experience from start to finish. Thanks to Begonia and Elena I am no longer scared of the dentist and my teeth look amazing. How I wish I had made that first call sooner!"

  • "I cannot recommend Shannon and Begonia (the two dentists I have seen here) more highly. They both exceeded my very high expectations. I found Shannon via recommendations when I had a broken tooth that one dentist had previously repaired not so well, so it broke some more. It had been described as unfixable, and in need of root canal work. Shannon saved most of the tooth, and today, it feels as good as new. Begonia is helping solve my snoring issues with a mandibular device and has been really excellent. Even Chloe, the hygenist, was brilliant and taught me things I did not know despite being 50!
